Cheryl trained at the University of Pretoria, Republic of South Africa, and qualified in 1997 with BPhysT(Hons) degree. She worked in a private practice in South Africa for 20 months before venturing to the UK in 1999 to travel and experience new cultures. She has since worked as a locum, and then signed on permanently with the NHS in 2001.
Her experience is vast in both the acute and private sectors, and she has worked in high level management within the NHS physiotherapy department. She has also worked with the Under 21's Swansea Rugby team (2002/3), and was the physiotherapist at Trimsaran Rugby Club between 2003 and 2008.
In 2004 Cheryl trained as a Lymphoedema Specialist under the care of Melanie Lewis, and is currently the Chair for the British Lymphology Society. Her main role at the NHS is in rehabilitation following surgery and treatment for Breast Cancer, and in the prevention and management of Lymphoedema.

Rita worked in the Public Sector in various roles for 25 years, specialising eventually in Human Resources (HR), namely Attendance Management. Her years in the Public Sector, especially HR, have led her to realise the importance of attracting, training and retaining good quality staff.
Having had an interst in Mind, Body & Spirit for many yers, Rita provides her clients with a professional and confidential service.
She also continues to develop her professional knowledge and skills on a regular basis in order to provide the most up to date advice and treatments to her clients.
Holisitc Therapy helps to manage stress levels, motivate staff, improving focus and concentration levels, attracting them into work and helps promote a healthy Mind, Body and Spirit.

Karen is a Nurse, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT and Reiki practitioner. She has specialist training in Irritable Bowel Syndrome, working with Cancer, Smoking Cessation and Addiction and Past Life Regression. She also has experience in dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Phobia's and much more.
Karen is able to receive GP/Consultant referrals for Hypnotherapy via the NHS, but is only able to make home visits in extenuating circumstances.
She has completed training to teach Infant Massage to groups and Individuals, as an extension of services that can be provided to Families. Karen has experience of running a stress management clinic for a local Health Trust, as well as running Corporate Therapy days. She can also provide support for individuals and groups.

Bernice Lewis was born in Wellington, New Zealand, in 1968. She recently completed a two year Holistic Therapy course in Coleg Sir Gar, during which time she represented the Coleg in the World Skills UK competition in Reflexology. She is a member of the federation of Holistic Therapies and is fully insured.
Bernice also volunteers her time at the Old Mill Foundation in Penclawdd which is a cancer charity.
Complementary therapies do not cure any condition but their benefits are non-invasive and they complement medical practice (but doctor referral may be needed).
