DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY  

Please be aware of the PRC Wales Ltd Deposit & Cancellation Policy:  

Prior to your treatment session a deposit is made of £65.00 / £60.00 Once your follow up sessions have been completed, on your last session, the deposit shall be redeemed.  

However, if you do not attend one of your booked appointments without 24 hour notice, your deposit will cover that session.  

Please note well, depending upon your personal circumstances and the discretion of your practitioner; a further deposit of £65.00 / £60.00 may be charged, if in the case of repeated cancellations.
