When you book an appointment, we collect the details you provide through our booking system, Cliniko, such as your name, contact details and appointment information. If you contact us by email, we collect the information you choose to share with us.

Why we use your information and our legal basis

We use your information to provide and manage your appointment (our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you), to respond to enquiries you send us (our legitimate interest in answering you), and, where you have given consent, to understand website use and measure our advertising through cookies (your consent). We also process information where necessary to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Because we provide healthcare, some information you give us may be health-related. Where we process this, we do so on the basis that it is necessary for the provision of healthcare and treatment.
